Seared Tuna with Lobster Diamonds Sesame Crust

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Ahi tuna steaks
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Lobster Diamonds seasoning
  • Soy glaze

Method

  1. Coat tuna: Press Lobster Diamonds seasoning + sesame seeds firmly onto all sides
  2. Sear: In a very hot pan, sear 30–45 seconds per side
  3. Serve with soy glaze

Chef Notes

Rare center is key — do not overcook. The crust should be golden while the inside stays deep pink.
