Honey Jerk Chicken Thighs — Oven-Roasted with Sticky Glaze

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1½ tbsp Midnight Honey Jerk seasoning
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp ginger

Method

  1. Season + Rest: Coat thoroughly, rest 20 min
  2. Roast at 425°F: Skin-side up, 30–35 minutes
  3. Glaze Finish: Mix honey + soy + garlic + ginger, brush on last 10 minutes
  4. Final Touch: Broil 2–3 minutes for caramelization
