Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
- 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 1½ tbsp Midnight Honey Jerk seasoning
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- ½ tsp ginger
Method
- Season + Rest: Coat thoroughly, rest 20 min
- Roast at 425°F: Skin-side up, 30–35 minutes
- Glaze Finish: Mix honey + soy + garlic + ginger, brush on last 10 minutes
- Final Touch: Broil 2–3 minutes for caramelization
