Fried Calamari with Lobster Diamonds Citrus Dust

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Calamari rings
  • Flour + cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Lobster Diamonds seasoning
  • Lemon zest

Method

  1. Dredge: Mix flour, cornstarch, and Lobster Diamonds. Coat calamari rings evenly.
  2. Fry: Heat oil to 375°F. Fry until golden and crispy.
  3. Finish with lemon zest citrus dust.
