Ingredients (Serves 2)
- Calamari rings
- Flour + cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Lobster Diamonds seasoning
- Lemon zest
Method
- Dredge: Mix flour, cornstarch, and Lobster Diamonds. Coat calamari rings evenly.
- Fry: Heat oil to 375°F. Fry until golden and crispy.
- Finish with lemon zest citrus dust.
