An earthy & lemony rub that is as complex as it is wholesome. With Himalayan salt as its base, velvety sage eliminates the harshness of the salt, while thyme and rosemary offer a woody, licorice taste. Black pepper and garlic give the rub a kick while lemon zest awakens the senses. It brings fresh tastes to poultry, fish and pork. It can also be added to quinoa and other grains, as well as vinaigrette dressings, vegetables and scrambled eggs.
